BglBrick Digester

BglBrick Digester is a very specific tool. It only works on BglBrick plasmids, and all it does is calculate the sizes that would result from doing prefix or suffix insertion reactions using BamHI, BglII, and some third enzyme.

BglBrick digester launches as a tool on a new transient Collection or you can launch it as a viewer on a preexisting Collection. It grabs all the Plasmids in that Collection and shows them to you. You select a lefty and righty plasmid, the "third" enzyme you want, then click "add". It will predict the fragment sizes and put them in the lower text box.
